3rd UNCLE is extremely pleased to be designers for the refurbishment of the beloved Royal Theatre.

3rd UNCLE is part of Theatre D Digital's team of designers, architects and acoustic consultants, for the refurbishment of the beloved art deco Royal Theatre in Little Italy in Toronto. The Royal has augmented its business plan as a rep cinema with new film editing facilities and improved technology.

The theatre is being refreshed and fitted with a new screen, sound mixing board and digital projectors, and a new concession stand has been designed for the lobby. The valued qualities of the existing building are being retained and enhanced with new finishes and fixtures.
