3rd UNCLE design is pleased to announce the opening of Chris McDonald's new restaurant, CAVA.

Having closed Avalon, acclaimed Toronto based chef Chris McDonald has created a more playful and casual dining experience with the wine and tapas bar CAVA. 3rd UNCLE has designed a simple and informal room with a long reclaimed wood bar, slate and oak tables, a pair translucent images in hot-rolled steel screens, and a bar display that showcases fine wines and cured meats.
